What will you do?
As a Machine Operator, you are the point of contact on the production line. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
- Responsible for safety, quality, and performance on the line;
- Identifying and escalating deviations or malfunctions;
- Managing and supervising employees on the line;
- Training and coaching new colleagues;
- Setting up and converting machines;
- Performing first-line maintenance;
- Preparing and printing labels;
- Ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
What will you bring?
- You have a strong drive and a proactive work attitude;
- You are a problem solver and can switch gears quickly;
- You maintain a good overview, even when things get busy;
- You enjoy working with machines;
- You have a basic knowledge of English (and want to develop this further);
- You are a strong communicator and sociable;
- You live in the Venlo/Grubbenvorst region.
