What will you do?
- Operate and monitor production machines;
- Set up and adjust machines when necessary;
- Monitor the quality and performance of the production line;
- Identify and report deviations or technical issues;
- Solve minor machine problems where possible;
- Support and guide colleagues on the production line;
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning tasks;
- Ensure a safe, clean and organized workplace;
- Help ensure production targets are achieved
What will you bring?
- A proactive and hands-on attitude;
- Affinity with machines and production;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Ability to remain calm and keep an overview during busy periods;
- Good communication skills;
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
- Experience as a Machine Operator is a plus;
- English or Polish at B1 level is required;
