Are you ready to help make the tastiest vlaaien in the Netherlands? Every day in Sevenum, the most delicious vlaaien are baked that you will find in almost every major supermarket. But to make this happen, everything has to run perfectly. As Operator Bakker, you are an important link in this process. Because in practice, you are much more than that: you are a real baker!

- A salary between €2.919 – €3.506 gross per month excluding allowances;
- Supplements for evening, night and weekend work from 134% to 200%;
- 3-shift working;

What will you do?
- Depending on your knowledge and experience, we aim for you to eventually be able to run your own line and start up independently. Then you will become Operator 1;
- During the induction programme, you get to know the various colleagues, raw materials and machines well, so that you are well prepared;
- To continue your development, you will be given the opportunity to get to know and operate other lines as well;
- Solving minor malfunctions;
- If you are able to run and start up several lines, you will progress to Operator 2;
- Eventually, when you have mastered all processes, you will fulfil the role of cooperating foreman.
What will you bring?
- Experience in the food sector as an operator;
- Available 16 – 38 hours;
- Willing to work 3-shifts as well;
- Knowledge of HACCP;
- Speaking the Dutch, English or German language;
- Flexibility from Monday to Sunday;
- Strong team player and willing to attend training courses.
