What do we offer?
- A competitive salary of €15.97 per hour. If you are offered a contract, your salary may be increased to €16.47. For long-term assignments, you can even earn up to €18.50 per hour;
- Working hours: from 07:30 to 16:00;
- Overtime allowance of 125%, Saturday allowance of 150%, and Sunday allowance of 180%;
- Prospect of a permanent contract after 6 months;
- 2 weeks of vacation in August;
- Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer from the 1st kilometer;
- You have a one-hour break per day, of which the first 30 minutes are paid;
- Opportunities to contribute ideas for process improvements and to further develop yourself;

What will you do?
As a production operator, you will carry out standardized tasks on semi-finished and finished products within the medical sector. You will operate machines and tools according to established procedures, maintain a clean workplace, and identify improvement points. In addition, you will master routine production steps and understand how malfunctions can affect product quality.
What will you bring?
- 1 to 2 years of work experience with fine or precise manual tasks:
- Knowledge of regulations, documents, specifications and procedures within your own
processes; - Understanding of hygiene regulations and quality requirements;
- Skills in working with measuring instruments and setting up production processes;
- You are a team player, work accurately, and proactively contribute improvement ideas;
- You speak fluent Dutch or very good English;
- Willingness to work according to the established working hours and allowance scheme.
