Are you an experienced production leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to strengthen the production team.

What will you do?
- Lead, motivate and support the production team;
- Organize and monitor daily production activities;
- Ensure production targets are achieved;
- Monitor product quality and production processes;
- Coach and support employees in their daily work;
- Identify and solve problems during production;
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed;
- Communicate with colleagues and other departments;
- Contribute to improvements in the production process;
- Monitor the performance and progress of the team.
What will you bring
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within production;
- Experience in the food industry is a plus;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- A hands-on and proactive attitude;
- Ability to motivate and coach employees;
- A structured and results-oriented approach;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system;
- Fluent English (minimum B1 level) and Polish are required;
- Dutch is a plus.
