Are you ready for a varied and responsible job in the food industry? We are looking for a Process Operator/Production Worker in 3 shifts for a leading manufacturer of flavorings (mushroom concentrates and powders) in the Venlo region. You will be working in a modern production company where quality, teamwork, and a pleasant working atmosphere are key.
What do we offer?
- An attractive gross hourly wage of €16,54;
- Shift allowances of 12%, 12%, and 27%;
- Travel allowance of €0.40 per kilometer;
- Year-end bonus of 4.5%;
- 25 vacation days and 76 ADV hours;
- Excellent secondary employment conditions, including a pension plan and bicycle plan;
- A varied position with room to learn and grow;
- Working in an open, informal, and collegial work atmosphere;

What will you do?
As a process operator, you will work in a permanent team of three colleagues and together
you will ensure a smooth production process. Your tasks will include:Taking in raw materials;
- Filling the finished product;
- Switching machines on and off;
- Performing light administrative tasks;
- Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the working environment, production machines and tools.
