Vacature Master Scheduler

and analytical Master Scheduler who wants to play an important role within the Supply Chain department. In this position, you will ensure that production capacity is optimally planned and
utilized so customer orders are delivered efficiently and on time.You will be at the heart of the order fulfillment process and work closely with departments such as Demand Planning, Operations, and Sales. What will you do?
• Monitor planned versus available production capacity and report on the impact on inventory, costs, and production output;
• Estimate required production hours and lead times for confirmed orders;
• Support quotation and capacity-related processes;
• Prepare and implement flexibility options within the Supply Chain according to the SORP process;
• Work daily with Demand Planners to prioritize order processing and ensure on-time delivery;
• Develop and manage planning bills and contribute to supply-demand strategies;
• Analyze and implement demand time fences within the Master Production Schedule (MPS);
• M onitor the quality and availability of RCCP data and forecasts;
• Contribute to new working methods and planning process improvements;
• Support the monthly Sales, Operations & Resources Planning cycle.

Wat breng je mee?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or resource planning;
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or DAX;
• Knowledge of APS or PLM is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities;
• Experience working in international teams;
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
