What do we offer?
- Competitive salary of €15.50 per hour. After 6 months, this increases to €16.00 or €16.50 per hour. With long-term commitment, you can earn up to €18.50 per hour;
- Working hours: from 07:30 to 16:00;
- Overtime allowance: 125%, Saturday allowance: 150%, Sunday allowance: 180%;
- Contract after 6 months with the company;
- 2 weeks of vacation in August;
- Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer from the 1st kilometer;
- You have a one-hour break per day, of which the first 30 minutes are paid;
- Opportunities to contribute ideas for process improvements and further develop yourself;

What will you do?
As a production employee, you will perform standardised tasks for semi-finished and finished products in the medical sector. You will operate machines and tools in accordance with procedures, ensure a tidy workplace and identify areas for improvement. You will master routine production steps and understand how malfunctions affect product quality.
What will you bring
- 1-2 years of work experience with precision work;
- Knowledge of regulations, documents, specifications and procedures within your own processes;
- Understanding of hygiene rules and quality requirements;
- Proficiency with measuring instruments and production process adjustment methods;
- Team player, accurate and proactive in suggesting improvements;
- Very good in English;
- Willingness to work according to our specific working hours and bonus scheme.
